  • Periodical transfer of the collected rents, with breakdown of the operations by period and tenant
  • Return of the guarantee deposit after deducting the the possible service charges (repairs)
  • Checking and payment of work bills

Technical Management

  • Follow-up of the repair works necessary to keep the property in good condition, and common upkeeping of the rented property, subject to acceptance of the quotes by the owner
  • Periodical visit and general report of the rented property
  • Assessment of the works necessary to it's good condition, in consultation with the owner, quotations and follow-up of the corresponding works
